Jeanne has worked in the legal field since 1978, primarily in family law. Jeanne continued her legal education through the national organization for legal professionals (NALS), obtaining an advanced certification as Professional Legal Secretary (PLS) and a Professional Paralegal (PP). Attending legal education seminars helps Jeanne build on her knowledge. Currently, she is serving on the NALS of Washington Board of Directors as corporate secretary.

Besides being fast and efficient, Jeanne is good at explaining complex concepts. She's a great listener who's able to maintain objectivity so she can effectively help clients to be prepared and know what to expect when they get to court.
