On May 22, 2012 Dorsey & Whitney LLP will be hosting a noon-time seminar regarding the Ex Parte Via the Clerk process, presented by Joel McAllister, Finance & Information Services Department Manager (the Seattle Office Manager of the Ex Parte via the Clerk process). 

Mr. McAllister will provide us with detailed information regarding the ins and outs, the do’s and don’ts, and the finer points of Ex Parte Via the Clerk. This will be a brown-bag lunch presentation, so bring your lunch and join us for a riveting presentation with plenty of time for Q&A’s.  The seminar is open to all members of the legal field (including attorneys although there will be no CLE credit for attendance).  NALS members will receive credit for attendance so please be sure to sign in to get your certificate of attendance.

Spread the word!  Those of you that attended last year know that it was a lot of fun!  This year 100% of the proceeds will go to the Tacoma Rescue Mission.  Information is on the flier about where to send cash donations or donations of auction items.  In addition to the auction we will have donation bins at the event and will be accepting donations of household goods and personal care items for the Mission.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions!  Share the flier with your office, your friends, and your families!  Flier and Registration Information.

The dinner and auction will be held at the Fife City Bar and Grill our menu will include mixed green salad, Dijon Herb Crusted Chicken w/Honey Butter, Garlic Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes, and Chocolate Mousse for dessert.

Cost for the dinner will be $20 per person. 

In the very near future fliers about the event will be distributed via email and ABC Legal Messengers so spread the word!  Bring your spouse, boyfriends, girlfriends, family, and co-workers and come out to this fun event and support a great cause!
